The Union of Tigrayans in North America (UTNA), a U.S.-based civic organization representing the Tigrayan diaspora, unequivocally condemns the continued and deliberate violation of the Pretoria Cessation of Hostilities Agreement (CoHA) by the Government of Ethiopia under Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. At the same time, UTNA respectfully but urgently appeals to the international community, mediators, and observers to take decisive an concrete action to hold the Ethiopian government accountable.
